Location Help

I am looking for some accurate details of the location of a couple of mountain roads in Wales, the roads in question being Bwlch mountain road and Rhigos mountain road.
Have Googled both but can't seem to find accurate details.

This is the route of the Dragon Ride:

30 - 35k is the 1st Bwlch,
43 - 50k is Rhigos
153 - 160k is 2nd Bwlch
