Apparently, the police at the World Cup have admitted they are having problems with drug dealers, thieves and sex fiends.They've stated that things will improve greatly when England get knocked out and John Terry and his family leave.
"There's a shortage of perfect breasts in this world, t'would be a pity to damage yours."
