MTB in northern France

I'm off to France next month and staying in the Cotes d'Armor region on the northern coast and planning on taking my bike.

So does anyone know if there's anywhere to go with the bike ie biking trail etc or can give me a website to look at.

Not sure if it covers that are but there are a network of bike trails in France called VVTs,some of which are on that site.
