What era is that frame - looks like a 2002? I have a 2000 which is posted somewhere on here. 140 forks sound a little on the long side if its from that era - I have U turn Recons on mine which I wind down to 100-115 depending on terrain.

I also had an issue with tire rub at the rear running a 2.3 - it was a very big 2.3 though!

Looking on Bikepedia its a 2004-6 model isn't it which originally had a 125mm fork - 140 should be fine I'd guess.

Yep its a 2006 Heckler frame, the forks are Fox Talas RLC's so can wind it from 100mm -120mm-140mm but will be sticking with the 140mm as thats where all the fun is
