    Don't put money on getting one. You may get given an 'equivalent ' chainset instead.
    I can tell you this from personal experience.

    Update.
    Gran Fondo received today as promised by Ribble. Really can't complain with there service. Always pleasent and helpful on the phone and they delivered on time.
    Really nicely finished off and seems well put together. no complains so far

    (they have forgotton the 2 bottle cages and tubes though! :roll: :roll: :roll: )

    I've had my Gran Fondo 2 weeks now and can't get me off it!
    I've had no problems with the service from Ribble when buying the bike and lots of other stuff i've bought from them. Also no issuses when i've had to return things.
