Hey, I still have my MBUK one somewhere0 -
I'd get a pack of those stick on ones too to go with the kit. it's amazing how lazy you can get.0

MilkLevers - I think that's what they're called - are ace.0

get a spare tube ![/quote]
My pack is crowded enough as it is..... otherwise I would.....
It's only to get me home until I can swap the tube out with a replacement.0 -

why would you do that if it's already fixed?0 -
if i can spot the puncture straight away then i'll patch it, if i can't i'll just put a new tube on and sort it all out later. it's amazing what you can fit in one of those Topeak saddle pack jobbies.0

Because I have OCD - seriously and I have never kept a tube on the bike with patches on, but I dont throw them away - yes I know Im weird :oops:0 -
I have some Asda £3 special. 3 levers, about 2 dozen patches and a little grater thingy which has seen more use for grating nutmeg :P Patches seem to do the trick when I was practising on an old wheel the other day.0

I use cheapo kits no problems. Always have. Tried the self adhesive ones too, they're fine for the lazier amongst us.0

I like the Rema repair kits. Both of my tubes are covered in the patches. They do a solid job.0

Bit late now, but I like the Park Tool adhesive ones. Tiny little box, and no faffing with glue out on the trail.0
