Right then, hopefully you boys can help me a bit with this one
i have my 1998 Trek SingleTrack 920 and have been given a set of Bomber JR T monsters a few months about.
No i have no doubt that 7 inches of travel is acceptable on most frames but do you think my frame would take the stress loading on the front end?
this might sound like a daft question but i would like to use the forks as they look bad as!

Way too long. Will most likely rip the headtube off the bike. WIll sling the angles back, raise the bottom bracket, and to be frank, look ridiculous.0

Please tell me this is a joke.
7inches of travel on most frames is not acceptable, on your bike it will just tear the headtube off.
You said it yourself it's a daft question and whilst your forks might look bad ass you will not when you have a broken bike and bones.

so again what fork and year? as if they are some very early Jr Ts or even Mr T them you may get away with ii.
