Anywhere to hire a Garmin 605/705?

Hi there,
I am doing my first 100 miler with a mate this weekend. We would like to have a GPS to follow the route all the way but we don't have a Garmin and can't afford one either. I have a smartphone (Android) that I normally use for this function locally but the battery is never going to last long enough.
Hence, the idea of renting a 705 for a couple of days.
Any ideas if there a LBS out there that do this?

I know cycle power meters rent them, but its not on the short term

£4 a week for the basic with HR
£4.50 with HR and Cadence
goes up to £6 if you want the road maps as well
