    I was feeling playful once over and reported a blocked drain using the grass cutting page of the local council - the grass was 60cm high at the time.

    There response said that if I gave the exact location they'd pass the details on to the contractor. I then sent this e-mail to the highways dept asking them to respond.

    Five years later the drain is still blocked and grass is still growing out of it.
