RS Eighty v CL7850

Am I right in saying that the only difference between the above are the hubs? and what about Fulcrum racing 3s?

    The fulcrum 3s have different rims, hubs and spokes to the others.

    Shucks! Aren't the valve holes just as light though?

    (Fair enough, dumb ass question. I guess what I meant was; How do the R3s compare to the Shimanos?)

    Think the RS80's are Ultegras with similar rims to 7850CL's though basically.

    It is only the hubs that differ in the Shimano wheels, and the graphics :wink:

    The RS80s have to be the bargain race wheel du jour.

    I had a pair of the 7850s and they were amazing, sad to have to sell them, bearing in mind the rims are the same they are a no brainer for sub 400 quid clinchers. The 7850s would be hard to beat without spending at least 700 quid...
