are you looking at easy leisurly riding or something a little more technical?

    either would be ideal.

at the moment it looks like we are cycling down the camel trail from padstow to bodmin which is really really easy 5m wide paved paths. some of the lads who are going are properly keen cyclists so it would be good to give them the option of something a bit more technical.

haha i was going to suggest the camel trail tbh, very very easy but suited my mrs down to the ground.

other than that it might be worth having a look here...

to be honest, the camel offers an nice easy ride and we will stop at the gaol in bodmin for a butty and some cornish rattler, atleast what it lacks in technical difficulty it makes up for in brevity equalling more pub time when we return!
