Handle Bars Advise please

i have a kona stuff 2005
it has Truvativ Hussefelt Riser Bars 40mm rise i think, i wana change them i was looking at the sunline LTD bars but they are 19mm rise, will this make much diffence, i use it for dirt jumping/street mainly should i get a higher rised bar like 50mm or some thing

Width? I'm not sure my current ones are a like longer that I'd like say 1 cm each side. But other that that I really don't know
