Hi all,
I went over to the climb of Alpe d'Huez yesterday to watch and take photos of stage six of the Critérium du Dauphiné, Crolles to Alpe d'Huez. I positioned myself just above hairpin nine as there is a great view down on the road below and you can see the riders a good few minutes before they climb to the spot.
Due to the football, the stage had started late to make sure there were people watching on the television so the riders didn't finish until late in the afternoon. Thankfully, mostly sunny and warm.
Photos here.

Thanks, guys.
The Dauphine is such a pleasure to follow and the roads were pretty empty this weekend, certainly compared to Tour day. A good number of Brits on the climb.
Cheers, Russell
