But so it seems all that damned pollen!

I wanted to go riding this weekend as i got a few new bits of kit delivered this morning, but i've had to stay in today due to constant sneezing and a runny nose.. (I've got some pills and nose spray which improves it, but i get it bad).

Looks like tomorrow will be similar too.. :/

Anyone else been struck down today?

I gave up racing in my 20's because only the stuff that contained band substances worked for my hayfever. Then I found out about adaptogens, most notably Elogen Plus. It is a herbal extract of a relative of ginseng. It isn't meant to do anything specific except boost the immune system and help with mild depression. I will swear by it. This is now my third season back racing, and I'm happy depite being unemployed  .

Elogen Plus is made by Eladon, based in Wales. It takes a little time to build up effectiveness, but it is well worth it.
To err is human, but to make a real balls up takes a super computer.

Ah, the joy of the open road - all cares and worries left behind when the sun shines and gear whir away nicely...... until you hit a pothole blow two inner tubes and rupture the side wall of your new Pro Race3!!!

You gave up racing for a while because you'd have to have taken banned substances to keep up?

You'd never make it as pro... :P

No, I had to take banned substances to feel human. I was never going to keep up anyway. Now I don't take so much as an asprin, have no problem with hayfever or asthma and I am faster at 40+ than I was in my 20's.
