Hard Riding RS Pikes

Got Rockshox Pike 351s on my 2010 pitch. When i bought it they seemed pretty tight so i thought after a few rides they would loosen up a bit. Had it for about 2 months and if anything they seem to be getting increasingly tighter, riding it 4 times a week

I did buy it second hand but the previous owner said he had only used it on 2 rides, also tried letting the air out of the solo air chamber to the minimum pressure for my weight bracket but that hasnt helped.

Is it something to do with the spring? do i need to replace it with a looser one? or does it need a service/ bit longer to loosen up?

cheers for any help

so how much sag are you getting? (forget the numbers and just set the sag)

    solo air no spring.

10% will give a hard ride. 20-25% let more air out.
