spd shoes, insole sinking, pushing toes up

Hi my spd shoes are now worn in.
There are impressions of my feet on the insole.
This is causing my toes to be pushed up.
What should i do?
The shoes are only just broken in

my feet are hurting because the ball of the big toe is sitting lower than my toes.
do i need to pull out the insole and replace with a foot bed?
