Why is Orange Live box so rubbish

Why is it so difficult to add new laptops to this system. Ive had enough of it :evil:

    I have not even taken mine out of the box.. Honestly, get an ordinary wireless router instead; the restrictions and tie-ins on Orange are ridiculous!

    .....because it was sh*t when wanadoo launched it in France and all the customers returned them and after the merger/take over Orange thought they could get away with fobing off all the leftover ones onto all the gulible brits.

    Mine never worked so I switched to Virgin. Orange tried to charge me the monthly fee still and tried to charge me late payment fees, I complained and sent them an invoice for my virgin bills as they had failed to provide me with the service agreed, Orange soon shut up about it!
