So, anyone else watching?

I'm going for a Uruguay win, mainly because I spent a year in France just after they'd won Euro 2000, and had to put up with arrogant French gits who knew absolutely f**k all about football going on and on and on and on and on about how they were world and European champions the whole time.

I am. Uruguay for me, based simply on the fact that it could/should have been Ireland.

Uruguay are looking a bit negative at the moment, no real support for the strikers

Uruguay have just realised that France aren't particularly good anymore and are starting to be a bit more adventurous.

I see that Uruguayan football has not advanced any since that dreadful game against Scotland in Mexico 86. 0-0, down to 10 men, diving all over the park. Shite.

I've entered a sweepstake with mates, worth a few hundred quid, where we had to answer lots of questions, 2 points for each correct answer. First team to have a player sent off? Looked up fixtures, who's the first Sth American team to play? Uruguay, they'll do then!

I did TKD for six years and learned a bit of Korean. I can still remember some of it but not much.

You had to know it for your gradings, and as an Instructor in 3 clubs, it was more or less compulsory for me!!!

A mate who did Aikido in London used to got to Japan and Korea every year to train.

He said this to me. "Japan is like going to the Moon. Korea is like going to Mars."

    Prettty cool...
