mudguard compatible road bike

hi ive got upto £650 for a winter trainer and commuter,i want a road bike but it must be mudguard compatible. The ribble looks nice but i cannot wait the upto 5 weeks for it to be built. Any help would be great. ta

Not sure if they will have your size remaining, but you should have something left in your budget to put some STI levers on if you want them...0
