On a ride other day, as i passed road sign that i know is 1 mile from my house, skynyrds 'end of the road' started to play on my i - pod.....spookey.
Radio played Labi Siffri - 'Something inside so strong' yesterday, a song i used to sing to myself in my running days " the higher you build your barriers, the taller i'll become" gave me inspiration.0 -
