ISCG plate

Im thinking of getting a chain guide for my kona shred, but its got no ISCG tabs. How do i go about fitting an ISCG plate onto it, bearing in mind it has an ISIS (internal) bottom braket?

    either remove a spacer or buy an E type compatible BB.
