I had a puncture on the way to work today, I was late. So I might replace my inner tyres with ones with goop to prevent this from happening again. I don't mind the extra weight...better than being late again.

The tyres are inflated to 100pis(700x28 tyres) Is this a problem?
Say... That's a nice bike..

I think lots of people, including myself, have given the various sealants a try.
Do they work? Yes, but not in all cases. Especially bigger holes(over 2 or 3 mm).
Give it a try. If you pretty much stop having flats, then it has worked for you. Although
it's kind or hard to prove it one way or the other.
    100 PSI shouldn't be a problem.
