Looks really good, but whats the difference of AM. We don't really have mountains in somerset and most of my riding if on the quantock trails and have done a few races in plymouth (soggy bottom).

That does look really good - I'm thinking of planning a riding trip for sometime later in the year/next year and am quite attracted to going somewhere a bit different form the usual alps destinations such as the alps etc...

I wouldn't even worry about it - stupid marketing term to sell us more bikes. For what is worth though, id suggest that a bike that falls into the AM (All Mountain) genre will generally have 140-150mm front and rear suspension.

I expect someone to come along and tell me I'm wrong and that I have just described some sub niche of AM or something?!?!? Just ride what bike you want, when you want and whee you want. Rant over :)

I've quite fancied going there for some bike riding.

I believe it's a lot cheaper than it used to be :D

Prices depend on date and route combinations, size of group etc.

Would definitly be up for doing this.

This sounds about right for what me.

I was looking at where to go next year and Les Gets/Morzine is probably a bit beyond my ability/the bike.

I was looking at this. But I'd need to get a group of four or five people to come with.

Let me know details, once you know if its happening etc. I wont be available at the start of August due to SITS :) but anytime after that would be fine for me.

I've been wanting to go to Iceland for a while. Hadn't actually considered taking the bike, but it sounds like a great idea. I would definately be interested in tagging along so please keep me informed.
