Just building a new garage and am wondering what the best way of storing bikes to save space is...am thinking vertically on hooks...
Just wondering though - would this damage the wheels at all?
And how do hydraulic brakes cope with being at right angles?
Thanks!

Damn! You left your bike up there so long it's starved to death!0 -
Mine hang from the garage roof by the seats, in a weird inversion of how these things normally work they hang from an old roofrack. Then most weekends they get taken down from under the roofrack and get attached to the top of another roofrack.
They do still take up a fair amount of space this way though as they hang nose-down. But hey, it costs nothing.Uncompromising extremist0 -
Why are your bikes all SO clean? shame on you.
What If you have muddy tyres? Surely you don't want to get mud up your pretty pristine baby blue garage walls.....oh of course! I bet your mrs stuck her nose in with the decorating.0 -
They appear to be new bikes that they are building up0
