How long does it take Cyclescheme to ask for final payment?

I paid my final monthly contribution at the start of May, and Cyclescheme are administering the final option to own payment, but how long does it take them to write to you? Nearly 6 weeks seems to be a bit of a long time.
Visit Clacton during the School holidays - it's like a never ending freak show.

    Not sure as my place of work just took a '13th' payment as the nominal fee.

    Maybe worth giving them a call?

    work don't know how long it takes, and I'd prefer to let Cycleschme contact me. Knowing my luck if I ask they'll charge me 100% of the original value!

    Cyclescheme emailed me pretty quick after the final payment (though by mistake as my work were handling it). Maybe just leave it, if they don't get round to it for another two years you can probably argue for a nil payment.

    The benefits team at my work my took 3% of the voucher value along with the last payment with my one.
