Hi all.
I need to get a new saddle for my Tarmac Pro
Ive been using a specialized bg alias which came with the bike but that has finally broken.
Does anyone have any favourites. Being used for long rides and Tri's. I'm 67kg so looking for lightweight as well. Not really bothered about price as I spend a lot of time on the bike.
All help / experiences greatly appreciated.
Cheers
J

saddles are a very individual and personal choice - a quick forum search will bring up all kinds of threads on the topic. But if you were happy with the Alias, why not get another one..?

I have a Specialized Toupe Team on my 'Summer' bike, a BG Phenom SL on my 'Winter'/training bike, and a TriTip on the TT machine...

I guess Spesh BG suits my a*se!
After 4 hours is slightly different!
Oh, I'm 76kgs, if it makes a difference...

hopper - is the phenom the same 'ar5e shape' as the toupe..?

I've recently got a Toupe for my best bike and am now looking at replacing the saddle on my winter bike - but didn't fancy forking out £70+ for another Toupe....

Yes... I believe that the Phenom is the 'XC' version of the Toupe. So, just a little more gel...
This years models are all the same colours, too, so you can have white... I think!

can you not just use 1 saddle on both bikes? I do it.

no need to take it apart. I just pull the whole seatpost out. 2 minute job.
