Broken Wrist

I broke my wrist over 2 years ago (broken scaphoid, doctor said it was one of the worst they had seen) it is still stiff now, as i had to be in a cast for 3 months. The best thing you can do is keep it moving even if it is painful, getting a pyshio will help. I would definately recommend a pair of those wrist grips. Just sit there squeezing them while you watch tv and it will make a big difference.

Not sure what response you are looking for as I don't see a question.
But, I had a smiths type fracture to my wrist around ten years ago whilst riding at Wharncliffe woods. It is still a pain now and movement is restricted. After 3 months after cast removed, it was as good as it is now, ie it is no better now.
I get a bit of pain and the bones are not quite where they were before which hinders movement to the point where I cannot do a press up on the palms of my hands.
The scar from where the metal plates went in is nice though
