Recommed me a 42T/44T outer chainring

Folks,
Looks like I may have worn out my outer chainring rings well as my rear cassette. At the moment the front rings are the ones that came with the SLX chainset.
As the title says, can anybody recommend me a good outer ring, either 42T or 44T?

A deore one if wanting cheap. Or look for steel for longer lasting.0

Middleburn or TA would get my money, or, as ^ said, deore for cheap(ish) and cheerful.0
