Omnium CrankSet

What do people think? is it worth the money and is it as stiff as they say....

I am tempted to go for it, as my missus needs a Chainset for the bike I am building so is it a good reason for me to upgrade mine :P 48t is smaller than I usually push but I can just slap on my 50t or just stick a 13t on the rear instead of the 14t....

choices choice

i upgraded the crankset on my commuting/winter training pompino to the omnium, and it was fantastic.

amazingly stiff, looks great, and has been very reliable for me so far- bearings still going really nicely.

    go for it!

Best one out there I reckon, way stiffer then the DA one I had previously. Only gripe is the seal drag on the BB, but that can be overcome quite easily. Depends if you are using it for street or track.

    Go for it.

My next pay is going on one

also saving for a CAAD9 at the moment, but the main brunt of that going to be on a cyclescheme voucher :D

was tempted by the lower speced SRAM but its a 130bcd so will not work with my current chain rings.
