Upgrading

Is it worth upgrading my groupset on my Specialized Allez to full Ultegra/105? I currenly am running Sora/Tiagra. Will it make any difference at all? The reason I'm asking as a mate of mine is upgrading his bike to Dura Ace and is selling his groupset for quite a low cost.

Won't make a massive difference on performance or weight, assuming your gear is working fine. Only thing is, if you've got Sora shifters you might have the brifter lever instead of second paddle lever like Tiagra/105/Ultegra which i'm not keen on
