Just see a vid from the cyclingnews forum that has embeeded speed/power/HR within a little analogue dial.
Can anyone shed any light on how this is done/recorded - or point me inthe right direction. cant seem to find much on the web - but then am most likely using the worng search terms. Wonder if the informaiton could be collected from a Garmin ?

thanks

Its a camera mouted on the guys helmet (ooer missus) and the dial is put on in post production.

Googling 'garmin video overlay' returns a decent amount of useful looking info.

I would love to fit a video camera to my bike and record my wanderings. Not only could I post them as links on my bloggy but I could also sell the images of Dcab's butt to xhamster!
