Route from Rotterdam to Antwerp?

Hello,
Myself and some friends are taking part in a short tour next week, taking the overnight ferry to the Hook of Holland and travelling down through the Netherlands and Belgium, with overnight youth hostel stops in Rotterdam, Antwerp and Bruges, before taking the Eurostar back home from Lille. I really can't wait as this will be my first tour (albeit a short one).
I am trying to work out some routes for us avoiding busy roads and the like, and I wondered whether anyone could recommend a nice way of getting from Rotterdam to Antwerp in one day?
Additionally, if anyone also knows of any nice routes from Antwerp to Bruges, or Bruges to Lille, that would also be very handy indeed!
Thanks in advance.

The LF2 is the answer to your first question. It connects Amsterdam with Brussels and passes through Rotterdam and Antwerp.

For the part between Antwerp and Bruges, following the river Scheldt is far from ideal as it meanders too much between Antwerp and Ghent.
Leaving the river Scheldt at Tielrode and following the Durme to Lokeren is a good way to connect Antwerp with Ghent. Between Lokeren and Ghent, you will have mixed traffic.

Between Ghent and Bruges, a canal of 45 km is the shortest way to get there, and also a most scenic way.
