Yet another jersey sizing thread

No, it isn't another person who wants to know about the virtues of upsizing from XL from 2XL sizes, but rather the complete opposite - any aero jerseys out there to suit someone with only a 34 inch chest?

I've checked many sizing guides and not many put their Small sizes in the 34 inch range. And even if they do (e.g. Castelli) most places are only stocking their ranges in Medium and above. This is particularly true of the Aero Race jersey, which I really like the look of. Do these "aero" jerseys demand that you go one size up, and that having done so, you can hope for no "flapping" around the upper body area? Is size or choice of fabric most important in this respect? All this preparing the aero position for a TT then having precious seconds sucked away by a jersey that flaps when in the aero position is only going to cost me more time if I do something crazy.........like actually get faster :P

Any thoughts or recommendations?
