bit of a PTP virgin but ....

    GC: Contador

quick question, why do some teams only have less than nine riders? late fitness tests?

It's only the three grand tours that have teams of nine. For everything else, eight or less is par for the course.

PS: Come back to pick stage winners, in addition to your overall pick.

I really want to pick Contador, because the route is tailor made for him. But I'm worried that he won't give it full beans before the Tour (quiet at the back there FF).

But then again he'll win on the Alpe and the TT so...

    GC: Conti
    Prologue: David Millar
    Stage 3: Conti
    Stage 6: Conti

I expect a big performance from JC Peraud too.

Bonus factoid to consider - this will be the first time in his career that Contador races up Alpe d'Huez.
