Which has most climbing in these trails and which is the most techy?

Whinlatter Red North Loop
Grizedale TNF
Gisburn Red
Llandegla Red

I am just asking so I know how much climbing I'll have to do at Whinlatter on the North loop on Sat and how techy it is compared to the other routes I've done recently...I don't want to over face myself and end up being that person everyone hates that gets in the way.
Many thanks,
Caz xx

Can't comment on the others but Whinlatter north isn't that much climbing - half an houir, taking it slow?

I started off on the north face a couple of years ago and thought it was hell until I got my fitness up. Then tried the north loop last spring (the south loop wasn't open then) and it was a step change for me. It took me quite a while to get to the top but can't remember exactly how long but it felt like ages. Probably about an hour plus for me. I did stop for a few photos though. The downhill is worth it though. Just watch out for the last camel jump, it's a double, and took me by surprise. So much so it cost me two cracked ribs, a couple of dislocated fingers and a few cuts and bruises. Don't let that put you off, it's just my ego writing cheques my abilities can't cash.
Done the south loop today and it was a lot easier than the north one. Either that or after two years I'm finally getting the hang of this lark. The blue trail is a good warm up at about only 4 miles and nothing too demanding.

Grizedale TNF is a lot more technical than Gisburn Red. I think Gisburn possibly had steeper climbs, but less of them.

Well, I did the Blue route today and loved it so I went and asked in the shop which I'd be safer doing ( being the trail numpty that I am  ) and they sent me off on the South Loop !!!! corrr what a climb...i did 90% of it which is great for me, only bit I really had to push up was the last bt of singletrack to the very top.
I loved the downhill too, just had a few refusals at the trickier bits.
On the bit where it goes wider I had a nice visit from the puncture fairy ( boooooooo she's evil !) and Cicatriz found me fixing it ! what a small world hey :D...thanks chuck :D
    I had a cracking day

Llandegla is almost flat. Not much climbing or descending really.
It does have one bugger of a climb on the black though, "Badger's Rise" I think it's called.

It's the flattest "trail centre" I've ever ridden, even my commute to work, or to the local takeaway has more climbing involved
