Morecambe Bay 2-Day Road Race. Sunday Course Details ?

This coming sunday there are 8 laps of a course around birkrigg / bardsea. As I live locally I figured I would cycle out and watch some of it, however does anyone know the course route and what time the riders will set off ..... ?

After a cycle in the Lakes I found some guys helping out with the route who pointed me in the right direction.

Managed to see the finish, quite a frightening pace !
