Carrera Gryphon Disc Spec Performance Hybrid Bike

Is it more of a flat bar road bike or a hybrid? What I mean by that is road gearing/longer reach (flat bar) or on a hybrid usually have mtb gearing (small chainset on front, large casstte range on rear) and short reach tt

£70 off. Thing is I don't want the brakes to rub, heard you adjust them with small allen key (not the main cable like with any other brake) but for the pistons.
Say... That's a nice bike..

I had a Gryphon Disc spec. It's MTB gearing. Shram 5 i believe. It's quite a nice geometry and whilst not agressive is a bit more Road- like than a normal hybrid. thin tyres nice short bars. Enjoyed mine very much. Was quite a quick bike too.
Can't remember about the disc piston set up but didn't need to touch it.
    hope that helps.
