routes around Hertfordshire?

Hi all,

I am currently looking for somewhere new to ride for a long weekend. Any ideas?

I'm based in Hertfordshire; would prefer singletrack but have my DH bike prepped to go as well.

I have just got back from south Wales and hence trying to avoid heading back that way for a few days.... any suggestions?
