Building up the rides after a really, really bad spell.
Out today and 43.5 miles in 2hr 30 mins was good for me. Not a fast ride, averaging 15mph and a nice 10 minute climb thrown in for good measure.
Happy bloke at the mo. Now for the sunburn.
