Hiya,
I have just started my foray into trying energy drinks and I've found one i like the taste of...the S.I.S lemon ones both the isotonic one and the energy one in Lemon, but I always feel sick after drinking them, I sip them so don't opver power my tum with them and end up throwing up, but I still feel sickypoo....does anyone else suffer with sick feeling after using sports drink or am I just delicate?

Sounds to me you have mixed it too rich or it just doesn't agree with you.
Personally i find most sis gear doesn't sit well with me, except for the zero tabs.
Personally i love high5 4:1 energy source, bags of energy and gentle on the stomach, least for me it is.
You could try mixing it a bit weaker, see if that works out.The trouble with having an open mind, of course, is that people will insist on coming along and trying to put things in it.

the Hi 5 stuff is the one I've not tured yet, quite a few peeps have said thats good on the old tum.
I'll try watering the drink down a bit before I bin it though....thanks for the advice

Try that elete stuff as mentioned at the end of the drinks stickied thread. You simply mix it with a drink you like.0

some people just don't get on with some products, it's probably the aspartame in the SiS that is giving you issues. The high5 4:1 endurance is really popular amongst my athletes.0

This Hi 5 stuff, does anyone know of a place where I can just get a couple of sachets from?...it's too pricey to buy a big box of them and find they don't agree with me.....found out this too late after buying the S.I.S stuff .

They are legit, i've ordered bb supps from them years ago, just bear in mind a lot of the quantities are per sachet not per box.The trouble with having an open mind, of course, is that people will insist on coming along and trying to put things in it.

Have you tried the Torq stuff...?
The flavours are tasty as! And (at least some) of the energy powders are natural - no chemicals.
Very nice. They agree with me anyhow...!
