Hi everyone hoping someone can shine some light here.
A little background,
New bike small rotor on front wanted bigger so got Gold Alligator rotors 180 fornt 160 rear.
Also changed the pads but superstar sent sintered as oposed to organic which I ordered, no big deal so stuck the sintered in and did a few fast hard stops, cleaned rotors and pads with muc off disc brake cleaner then did a few more fast hard stops.
These pads worked well, nice bite no noise etc, better than stock pads and rotors.
So got my organic pads in mail and swapped them over, cleaned rotors again and started to bed in the new pads, about 10 hard stops down a few hills. I gave them a spray with disc brake cleaner, let it dry off and did another ten hard stops.
I have had the organic pads in for a week now and they dont seem to be getting any more responsive or powerfull.
Now I notice they have the same bite as sintered but I need more force to get them to bite any further almost like they squish between the piston and rotor under pressure.
Is it normal for organic pads to be weaker than sintered??
Should I swap back to my sintered set and bed them in again.
Or is there something I am doing wrong.

Organic are usually a bit grabbier in the dry. But if the sintered work fine I'd just use them. Will last longer.
I don't tend to clean the rotors midway through bedding in either, but if that is what is recommended then I ain't one to argue lol. Though I do use ss pads.0 -
Since I have had them in I have only ridden once in the wet.0
