is it possible to fit a mtb 11-32 cassette to a road bike 27 speed with a triple chainset. if not what is the lowest gear i can fit with a road cassette im running 11-23 i think at the moment but want to do some light touring around cornwall and devon where its abit lumpy.

If i remember correctly then 28 tooth is the highest you can go on Shimano.

i forgot to mention it is shimano. do you think from 23t to 28t would make much of a difference, sorry for sounding stupid but 5t doesnt seem alot.2010 Forme Reve
