I have noticed a small slice in rear tyre. What is recomended for filling this in/repairing it?

I have heard using an old cut up toothpaste tube inside the tyre. Never tried it, but lots of good reports.0

You might need to wrap aforementioned toothpaste tube round more than once. I've just gone through mine (tube pushed through it and burst again).- - - - - - - - - -
