No particular hurry, keen to avoid traffic.

Does trying to go through the parks - Birdcage Walk, Constitution Hill, Hyde Park - make sense or are there better options?

    From your requirements, sticking to the parks sounds like a good bet. Have you tried the Cyclestreets route planner?
