Is she riding? I imagine that getting up some of those hills might be a bit less painful if I'm sitting on her wheel0 -

Shes almost certainley relying on your heavy breathing in her ear to get her "going"
And Harry, we want pictures. Please.

I am a "friend" of hers on Facebook - even had a DM from her on Twitter after mentioning how my 1yo daughter clapped everytime Liz was filmed cycling on her DVD.
She tweeted that Chiltern 100 was "Beautiful area, roads are a bit scary though. English cyclists are brave!"
Subsequently was out training yesterday in Aalst and was hit by a Mercedes. She's fine, but the Merc that hit her has a busted windscreen and a Liz shaped dent.Already signed up for the following 2010 rides:
Etape Caledonia (May 16th)
AMR's Trossachs Ton (June 20th)
AMR's Cross-Border Sportive (Sept 19th)

Mmm I agree with that. Going down some of those hills which are covered with trees on both sides and trying to spot pot holes when you're doing 45mph can be quite challenging :?0 -
