Alps Accomodation

Looking to organise a weeks road trip to the alps for 6-10 people this summer with own bikes. After suggestions or recommendations on accomodation.
Key factors are:-
Cycling oriented place - good brekkie/evening meal
Secure bike storage
Good day ride options for mixed abilities
Not too pricey!
Hope I'm not asking for too much. Have done similar a number of times in the Pyrenees, and once in Bourg d'Oisans. Other trips have been moving around, following tour etc.
Anyway, if you've stayed somewhere and liked it or you run a place it would be fab to hear from you.

Hotel suggestions in the Savoie region. These were all about €70-100 per room with breakfast in June 08.

St Jean de Maurienne - Dor Hotel - excellent and very bike friendly with lock ups. Good cyclist breakfasts too. They are happy to store bags / cases etc. No restaurant but some good places 5 mins walk away in St Jean

Bourg St Maurice - Hotel L'Autantic - a bit classier with pool and sauna and good secure basement bike storage. Restaurant was closed mid week when we were there - it's about 20 mins walk from centre of town where there are restaurants.

Hotel de Savoie - Albertville. Run by a friendly Dutch family with good underground parking. Has a good bar and restaurant attached.
There are loads of varied rides and some classic cols especially near St Jean where you could do Madeleine, Croix de fer, Glandon and Telegraph / Galibier as day rides (different days though). You'll have a great time and meet loads of other cyclists.0 -
I've stayed twice in St jean de maurienne, in my opinion the best base in terms of the number of cols nearby : croix de fer, madeleine, glandon, Mollardand croix de fer, lacets de Montvernier and col du chaussy., telegraph and galibier by the much better north side. Take a local train to Modane and you can do col du mont cenis and the Col d'iseran. I stayed in Hotel Bernard in 2008 and Hotel d'europe last year : both good value and bikes safe. Owner of d'europe is a cycle nut0

There's a nice place in Bourg St Maurice called Chillchalet (look on www.chillchalet.com).
They charge £55 per night, and do a good brekkie, cakes and coffee in afternoon, and a good evening meal with wine. They can even provide a packed lunch if reqd.
The have secure storage for bikes. They are centrally located in BSM. Near to rail station, in case you come down by TGV (direct to BSM).
If your in to mountain biking, they specialize in that, and can do some guiding for you.
They can organise bike hire if needed (both road and mtb).
Some good climbs in the area are:-
Cormet de Roselend 1968m
Col du Petit St Bernard 2188m
Col de L'Iseran 2770m (wow, it gets cold up there)
La Plagne 2050m
Les Arcs 2000m
Tignes 2107m (Val Claret)
Laval 1650m (just above Aime)
La Ville Des Glaciers 1789m (on your way up Roselend)
Cheers
