Stem Angle and length (preferably white and £20ish)

Ive just picked up my GT Aggressor XC 1 as my second bike from the C2W scheme.

I know very little about geometry and angles but what i do know is that the stem is to long on it.

I love the angle and length on my Syntace stem on my Cube Fritzz but do not know if just putting the same stem on the bike will make it the same?

If not what shall i get that will give me the same feel on the GT?
If your not falling off, your not riding fast enough!

    What length and angle stem do you have on the GT and what length on the Cube? As regards to feel, it doesn't only depend on stem length but the general geometry of the bike too. Do you have similar handle bar lengths and rise on both bikes?

    The widths are the same and very similar rise. im not sure about the length on the Cube or the GT i'll have to measure it when i get home from work.

    From which points do you measure to get the length?
    If your not falling off, your not riding fast enough!

    centre of handlebar to centre of steerer, along the stem angle, not the true horizontal (unless it's a 0° rise stem)
