renew hanger bolt on xtr shadow mech

does anybody know how to replace the hanger bolt on the xtr mech

there is a circlip inside the casing and i dont know how to renew the bolt without damaging the circlip

any ideas?

    remove circlip.

    that is why it is there. holding the bolt in place.

    the circlip is encased so it is not easily accessable, there is a void where the circlip sits and cannot be pushed off the bolt
