In poseur configuration:
With standard wheelset:
Frame: Orbea Orca 2008 White (51cm)
Forks: Orbea Orca 2008 White
Bars: Ritchey Pro Biomax 38cm
Stem: Ritchey WCS 4Axis 70mm
Headset: FSA Carbon + Carbon Spacers
Bar Tape: Ritchey White
Brakes: Ultegra SL
Shifters: Ultegra with White Hüdz
Front Mech: Ultegra
Rear Mech: Ultegra Short Cage
Seat: Specialized Toupe Gel 143 White
Seat Post: Ritchey Pro 31.8
Cranks: Ultegra SL
Chainring(s): Compact 50/34
Chain: Ultegra
Cassette: Ultegra 11-25
Pedals: Look Keo Sprint
Bottom Bracket: Ultegra
Wheels: Bontrager Race X Lite
Tyres: Conti GP4000 White
Found her frame on eBay for a temptingly low price back in October and spent the rest of Autumn acquiring the necessary bits and bobs to get her rolling. Mostly built up myself, finished off (cables and derailleurs) by Bigfoot Bikes in Bromley.
Have yet to see another Orca in the flesh down here in SE London/Kent, although there are a few on the forum.
Sizing is odd, it's a 51cm frame, but roughly equivilient to my old 54cm trek. I'm 5'10" and the reach is a little long (hence the short stem), but the height is ideal.
On the wishlist:
Ritchey WCS Carbon seat post
Rear Hed3 wheel
Campag Record
Time iClic pedals
Flashier bottle cages
(Although to be honest, I'm pretty happy with her as she is)

Yep... You need to match that front wheel.
Other than that, it's an Orca, and they just look good!Start with a budget, finish with a mortgage!0 -
