Seriously, you can't use water as a fuel. All these people who have claimed to have made machines that run on just water are talking crap.0

Actually Supersonic, you can, however the water must be electrolysed to produce the hydrogen which can be used. Technically water is the feedstock not the fuel but you can still see it.0

Well yes - the fuel is what is splitting the water to reduce it. Then the hydrogen is oxidised again to which releases the energy.0

looking at it like that, it doesn't sound like it would work... every reaction has wasted energy (or at least all that I know of, which isn't many) usually as heat or whatever... so you would require more energy to split to water into hydrogen and oxygen than you would get back...
but if someone has managed to make something which DOES work, thatd be cool... next we'll have hover cars.0 -
